I've played some weird games in my time, from Catherine where I was chased by giant babies, or Japan World Cup 3 where I performed a 100 meter sprint as mentally incapacitated horse that could run on his back two legs. Even then, there's something uniquely bizarre about Fetish Studio that makes me downright uncomfortable.
On the surface level this new PC game by Developedistraction is supposed to be about completing random jobs to earn money and grow your business. But really, it's just a big tickle simulator.
During your first hour of play you can expect to exchange some dialog with potential clients before they (hopefully) head to your studio and let you tickle them for minutes at a time. You better do a good job, though, or they'll leave to never return. However, if you're really good at tickling feet and armpits, then you might just win over their continued business and grow your tickle empire.
The idea of girls paying to visit your small studio to get tickled is a bit ridiculous, but apparently it pays really well, enough so that the fictional main character can pay down his mortgage.
Oh, and virtual reality is supported. Nice.

Honestly, I don't like being tickled, so the whole concept of the game goes way over my head. But apparently some insane people consider this a fetish. And for those people, the free early access demo is probably the best bang for their buck they'll get in January 2018.
Happy tickling.
